At Dresscher Art, we aim to provide high-quality artwork and products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
How it works:
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) within this period:

You may use a withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
2. Returns Process
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product to us.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
3. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized artwork.
Products that are damaged due to misuse by the customer.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
5. Non-EU Customers
Customers outside the European Union may not have the statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.
Any returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-EU customers will be handled at our discretion.
International return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
