1. Shipping Areas
We ship to the Netherlands, the European Union, and international destinations.
Shipping is free of charge, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs for Special Cases
Any shipping costs for oversized or custom orders will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any additional charges including customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
3. Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
Netherlands: 2–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
International (outside EU): 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address.
Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any damage.

Most orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once the order is shipped.
Customers can use this tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
